Education: Bachelor’s of Commerce from Makerere University, Post graduate Diploma in Procurement from Uganda Management Institute, master’s degree in Procurement from Uganda Management Institute, MCIPS from UK, Bachelor of Laws from University of Zambia and currently a PhD fellow at the University of Zambia.
