An Economic Affairs Officer at the United Economic Commission for Africa, Mr. Placide Badji is presently employed. Placide Badji is an expert on infrastructure and transport development, with a particular emphasis on regional integration and the nexus between transport and technology. Before joining the United Economic Commission for Africa, he designed, implemented, or provided support for regional transport policies and programs at the African Union Commission.
