Analyste de la politique et de l’économie pharmaceutique, Ricardo est le leader régional francophone de l’association internationale des Logisticiens de santé publique (IAPHL). Président respectivement aussi de la Fédération des Associations Ouest Africaine et Africaines de Logisticiens (FAAL & FOAAL), Ricardo a plus de 20 ans d’expérience professionnelle cumulée en SCM et RSS, puis travaille actuellement comme Conseiller Senior et Chef d’équipe en Supply Chain Management (SCM) à l’USAID RDC.

An analyst of pharmaceutical policy and economics, Ricardo is the French-speaking regional leader of the International Association of Public Health Logisticians (IAPHL). President respectively also of the Federation of West African and African Associations of Logisticians (FAAL & FOAAL), Ricardo has more than 20 years of cumulative professional experience in SCM and HSS, then currently works as a Senior Advisor and Team Lead in Supply Chain Management (SCM) at USAID DRC.
