Lucilo is a Medical commodity logistics expert with 14 years of logistics experience, including 9 years supporting donor-funded projects (USAID and Global Fund). He has experience leading outsourced last mile distributions of medical commodities in 5 provinces of Mozambique,65 districts, to 899 health facilities; and in building an international 4PL’s capacity to be able to handle the nuances of medical commodity last-mile distribution.

He also has experience in Pharmaceutical System Strengthening; the procurement and logistics of HIV, TB, Malaria and Voluntary medical male circumcision, and in-depth knowledge of USAID contracting procedures and regulations, budgeting and implementation, and development of performance monitoring and work plans.

He has a record of establishing strong relationships with host-country officials and private sector counterparts and of leading multidisciplinary, multinational teams and worked for different organizations such as MoH Mozambique, FHI360, Deloitte, Management Science for Health and VillageReach.
