Ms Rose Nunu Seretse is a motivated, resourceful, and results-driven Managing Director with proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects and support C-level executives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environments. She is able to navigate through a consistent change in business dynamics.
Ms Seretse possesses excellent organizational and leadership skills having gained them during her years of public service. She has strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality on sensitive and proprietary information. She is a strong pro-active detail-oriented team player motivated towards goal achievement.
Rose is a bespoke leader in governance and anti corruption with over 32 years experience in public service of which 20 years was spent in anti corruption and governance at the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC) Botswana. Eight and a half years of those she was the Director General. She was able to position Botswana to host the Commonwealth Africa Anti- Corruption Centre. Ms Seretse moved on to establish the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority as its CEO until she retired from active public service in August, 2022. She took part in the transformation of the then Central Tender Board to the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board. (PPADB). She has now established her own Consultancy Company called Diplomatic Resources.
Some of her remarkable achievements include; the first chairperson of the Association of Commonwealth Africa Anti – Corruption(ACAAC), advisory board, vice chairperson of the Regional Energy Regulatory Association(RERA), development of various national policy frameworks and a presidential honour award for her outstanding commitment and service to the Republic of Botswana.
A creative and adaptable self-starter with qualifications in construction management from Ferris State University Michigan USA and an MA in public policy from the University of Botswana. She has several courses on leadership, anti – corruption, procurement, energy amongst others. She has made several presentations both locally and internationally on among other topics governance, anti – corruption, ethics in the workplace, procurement and tools of leadership.
