Olanike A. Mensah is a workplace equity strategist experienced in applying a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) lens to all aspects of workplace management. She has applied her organizational development and leadership skills in both the non-profit and business/ corporate sectors, spending 20+ years leading local, national, and international organizations. Her experiences working in various industries (education/ tech/ financial services/ hospitality and more) and living in three countries, on two continents give her a unique, global lens that enriches her perspective.

Olanike founded Mosaic Consulting to offer advising, training, and consulting to individuals and institutions seeking transformation. She partners with clients to achieve greater equity via diversity and inclusion (EvDI TM) strategies that attract, nurture, retain, and promote a vibrant mosaic of talented people. Working with Olanike and her team provides greater capacity, clarity, and confidence to sustainably embed equity principles and practices in your workplace!

A TEDx speaker, her talk titled ‘The Big White Lie’, can be found on the TED website; and she co-hosts the So You Wanna Be An Ally podcast with her HBCU-roomie (HBCU – historically black college and university).

Olanike activates her deep passion for equity and talent development through various boards, councils, and committees of non-profit organizations, schools, and corporations. When not obsessing over equity and liberation for historically and predictably marginalized people, she spends time with her family and dog, on tennis courts, and with a handful of frivolous television shows!
